Cleaning rules and standards
Transparency is the basis of trust. The full list of work and honest limits for every type of cleaning, with nothing left unsaid.
1–3 cleaners depending on the area, plus an administrator who keeps an eye on quality. A cleaning takes about 4 hours on average.
Standard cleaning
Keeping things clean weekly or monthly: dust, floors, kitchen and bathroom.

- Rooms: we take out the rubbish, make the bed, dust up to head height, wipe windowsills, sockets and mirrors, vacuum and mop the floors.
- Kitchen: sink and tap, worktop and table, hob, cabinet fronts and appliances outside, windowsill, rubbish, floor.
- Bathroom: we wash and disinfect the toilet and bidet, bath or shower and sink, polish the taps and wipe the mirrors.
Moving heavy furniture, carpet dry cleaning, curtains, windows and inside cabinets (can be ordered separately), storerooms, washing walls, steam treatment, high and hard-to-reach places.
Deep cleaning
Once a season, before a holiday or when moving: thorough cleaning everywhere.

- Walls and ceilings: we dust up to 3 m high and wipe skirting boards, sockets and doors.
- Windows and lights: we wash standard windows and clean mirrors, chandeliers and the air conditioner outside.
- Kitchen: cabinets and shelves inside, grease, kitchen units and backsplash, hob, oven and microwave inside and out, dishes (one sink).
- Bathroom: tiles, limescale, bath and shower, appliances, disinfecting the bathroom and toilet.
Protective film, covers and tape, construction dust, paint, plaster, grout and glue, stretch and Armstrong ceilings, removal of large rubbish.
After renovation
When the builders have left but the dust hasn't: we get the place ready to move in.

- Rubbish and films: we take out small and medium construction rubbish and remove protective films, stickers and leftover tape.
- Construction dust: we deep-clean walls and ceilings, chandeliers, lamps, curtain rails and radiators, and wash windows and windowsills.
- Renovation marks: grout, glue, paint, filler and primer; bathroom tiles from floor to ceiling, full disinfection.
Removal of large rubbish (furniture, appliances, plumbing, waste), stretch and Armstrong ceilings, cleaning while the renovation is still going on.
A clean space without stopping your work
We clean offices, shops, salons and other commercial spaces in every district of Yerevan. We work every day from 8:00 to 23:00, weekends included, so the cleaning can be scheduled outside working hours. The price depends on the area, the type of space and how often you need cleaning — we calculate it individually.

Do I need to be at home?
No. You can book a cleaning without being at home.

The price depends on the area and the type of cleaning — the calculator shows an approximate price, and we'll give the exact one from photos. Pay in cash, by card or bank transfer.
